Swiss Hapimag to construct hotels in Istanbul

Swiss company Hapimag, a company that undertakes hotel and holiday village administration, plans to construct two hotels in Turkey.

Hapimag, which owns more than 60 hotels and holiday villages all over the world, also owns a Sea Garden Hotel in Yaliçiftlik, located in Mugla’s Bodrum district.

“We are extremely pleased with our investment in Turkey as the occupancy and the profitability ratios of the Sea Garden Hotel satisfy our expectations,” said Hepimag’s CEO, Rene Verhagen. “We have other investment plans for Turkey as well. We have allocated a huge budget for the initiation of our projects in Turkey. We will probably invest in the construction of two hotels in Istanbul.”

  1. Dear Sirs

You cite our Member of the Executive Board, René Verhagen, stating that Hapimag has plans for additional hotel investments in Turkey, especially in Istanbul.

This message is wrong and René Verhagen has never made such statement towards your publication.

We, therefore, would be thankfull, if you could inform us about the source of your mis-information.

    Kind regards

    Hans Jürgen Eggerss
General Counsel and Member of the Executive Board
